The Ercoupe is a low-wing monoplane first manufactured shortly before WWII. It was designed to be the safest fixed-wing aircraft that aerospace engineering could provide at the time, and the type still enjoys a very faithful following today.
The Belair parts enables you to start buidling straightaway as all the shaped balsa and plywood parts are laser cut and ready to use, including fuselage sides, bulkheads, formers, wing ribs, braces, tip shapes, tail and fin parts, fin/rudders, mounts and many smaller items.
Additional accessories are also supplied by Belair. No canopy required as it is made from flat sheet and a template is on the plan. Builder will also require additional sheet and strip to complete the kit. This is available to purchase with the kit in the drop-down below.
Two piece wing uses 7/8" diameter wing joiner for easy transportation.
