Delivery and Returns
Normal delivery lead times for accessories is around 4-6 weeks up to 3 months from some suppliers. Please check with us.
Our main UK mainland carrier is DX. Some lighter/small items may be sent by first-class Recorded mail.
Every day, Belair ship dozens of parcels internationally using major reliable carriers, offering online tracking and full insurance.
For European and International orders, we typically utilise either FedEx, UPS, or DPD services, selecting the most cost-effective option. We only pass along the carrier's charges plus packing fees. Shipping will be arranged through the most economical route, and insurance will be added at cost. Please note that our cart provides an approximate price for international shipping, which may not be exact; however, we will reach out to confirm the price if it differs significantly from what is displayed on the website. Most deliveries to Europe usually arrive within seven days.
All parcels require a signature on delivery, however, if you are out at the time, a card or text message will be left by the carrier. This will give a telephone number to call, so that another delivery attempt can be made or you may collect from the carrier's local office.
All orders are correctly packed before shipping, however, if you believe that damage has occurred during transit, please SIGN accordingly on the delivery note. Please state that the package is "damaged or unexamined" If this record is not made, we are unable to make a claim against the carrier.If your package is damaged - Please call us immediately or within a maximum of 1 working day and we will arrange collection and re-delivery of the items.
Full payment is required on all accessories and Robart landing gear, as Belair are unable to return or cancel these items once they have been ordered from the supplier.
What about returns? If the problem is a faulty part or one that needs adjusting, please call us, so we can send a replacement.
All parts sets are made to order for you, we are unable to accept cancellations/returns or refunds on Parts Sets once we have started work on your order or custom accessories, such as Robart scale retracts products, and glassfiber items. These terms also apply to custom one-off laser cut kits. All sales are final on these items. Once your order is placed, we cannot cancel if the items have been ordered or shipped from our US suppliers.
ORDERS CONTAINING ACCESSORIES - Our standard shipping includes the charge for shipping your parts sets, plans and possibly small accessories. Should your order require two cartons, a separate shipping charge will be made. We will send a final shipping invoice via secure email.
PLAN SALES - Please note plan sales are final; all plans are produced to order and cannot be returned. We do not offer an approval service on plans. A restocking/repacking charge of 20% is made on non-faulty returned items.
BACK ORDERS: Belair Kits do not operate a back order policy. If an accessory is out of stock, we will advise and offer you the options of waiting for the whole order to be completed or the item cancelled from the order.
