SLEC: A Legacy in Model Aircraft and Boats
SLEC boasts a rich history in the world of model aircraft and boats, with its current incarnation established in 2000. We manufacture a diverse range of model aircraft and boats, along with their accessories. Additionally, we are one of the largest importers of balsawood, which we import as lumber and subsequently cut into various shapes and sizes at our on-site mill.
Recent Developments
In early 2023, we proudly acquired Belair Kits, allowing us to continue producing a complete range of parts sets. With our enhanced facilities, we can now offer additional wood packs that include all the appropriate grades of balsawood and any hardwoods you may need to complete your selected model. As our collection of models is extensive, we are continually expanding our offerings.

If you wish to include any SLEC items in your Belair order, simply use the option available at the checkout page on our SLEC website. This will ensure that you are not charged for postage twice. Please be aware that orders outside of the UK mainland may incur additional shipping fees; however, we will reach out to you for confirmation once your order is received.
