Large-scale model of the iconic C-47 Dakota. Looks great either as a camouflaged military version or as a civilian airliner.

A top-quality scale design from Nick Ziroli. Your Belair Parts Set includes all laser-cut balsa and plywood parts, including ribs, bulkhead, formers, tip outlines, etc. Builders need to supply stripwood and sheeting. Belair Models can also supply genuine Ziroli accessories, such as the cowl, canopy, dummy engine and the custom Robart retracts. The DC-3 requires two wing tubes for joining the 3-piece wing - 1 off 7/8" and 1 off 1.5" tubes - see related products below.

Specifications: Scale: 1.5 inches to 1 foot, Wingspan: 140 inches, Length: 97 inches with a wing area of 1700 sq inches. Requires two 35-50cc engines with AUW of 40lbs
